Project Description

Dance Across America is an ongoing performance art project exploring dance in public space as an act of joy, visibility, rebellion, protest, and celebration. Through spontaneous performances across cities, landscapes, and everyday places, I use movement to take up space, connect with the world around me, and spread a little joy wherever I go.

Dance Across America | Florida

I’ve probably danced across more of Florida than any other state. From Yulee in the northeast all the way down through Miami and the Florida Keys to Dry Tortugas, then back up through Orlando and beyond, Florida has become one of the most traveled chapters of Dance Across America.
