One of my favorite projects in undergrad was a photography assignment called Conversations with Myself. Years later, I’m still having those conversations—just in different forms.

There’s something fascinating about interacting with myself across time and space, especially through video. Every recording captures a version of me that only exists in that particular moment: what I was thinking about, what I believed, what I was questioning, and how I understood the world that day.

In that way, these videos become more than content. They’re a private journal made public, a time capsule, and an ongoing conversation between the person I was, the person I am, and whoever I become next.
