Beautiful Decay

I have a whole vase of these flowers that have been drying and collecting dust for at least a year if not several. I like dead flowers almost as much, if not more than fresh ones. Sadly I cannot remember what kind of flowers these are. #100daysofscanography #100dayproject Days 11 & 12

Pink Chrysanthemum

Pink Chrysanthemum | #100daysofscanography Day 8 #100dayproject AKA button flowers, or pink mums. I love how the petals are cupped. These flowers have a real nice thickness to them and come in a wide variety of colors. View this project on Behance.

Easter Candy

Easter Candy | #100DaysofScanography Day 6 #100dayproject Here's something a bit different. A friend gave me a ton of Easter candy which I couldn't bring myself to eat so I scanned it instead. These little things look pretty darn cool magnified. A lot of them remind me of planetary bodies. I got a little carried away so I made quite a few of them for today. Enjoy!
