About Me

Greetings Web Visitors!

My name is Carol, and I am a graphic design and photography student living in Anniston, Alabama. I am currently a senior in Jacksonville State University's BFA program where I maintain an active presence in class and on campus through student organizations such as the Art Alliance and Photography club. I currently work part time as both a freelance graphic designer, and as a student worker for the JSU Art Department, where I work on a variety of design projects and help keep the design labs in order.

I discovered the field of graphic design while on a quest to learn more about web design. My talents and interests have since broadened to include photography, painting, typography, and a love for all things related to art & design. So far the majority of my design experience lies in identity, print, and digital publication design, but I am eager to branch out and explore other areas. I am always searching for new opportunities to learn, grow, and improve the world as a designer.

Technical Skills

I have experience working on both PC & Mac systems, and am proficient in most of Adobe Creative Suite. I am very proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign, and I also have experience working with Dreamweaver, Web Expression (previously FrontPage), Paint Shop Pro, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, WordPress, phpBB, Coppermine, Joomla, and other web applictions and social media networks.
